Pilates

disebabkan injured bahagian pinggang yang teruk..and dah berjumpa doc for several time..lastly doc bagi advise to go for exercise, segala urat murat dah tegang..

so i decide to choose YOGA and PILATES for my new exercise...siapa yg dah pernah cuba...haaaaa, jgn ingat senang hoccayyyy...mmg sgt2 mencabar, but after a few session its a really helping!!1 badan segar ringan and paling best boleh control body balancing...

Hatha Yoga -  The Yoga of Postures What most people refer to as simply "yoga" is actually Hatha Yoga. Hatha Yoga is a system of yoga introduced by Yogi Swatmarama, a yogic sage in the 15th century in India. This particular system of yoga is the most popular one, and it is from which several other Styles of Yoga originated including Power Yoga, Bikram Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, and Kundalini Yoga. The word "hatha" comes from the Sanskrit terms "ha" meaning "sun" and "tha" meaning "moon". Thus, Hatha Yoga is known as the branch of Yoga that unites pairs of opposites referring to the positive (sun) and negative (moon) currents in the system. It concentrates on the third (Asana) and fourth (Pranayama) steps in the Eight Limbs of Yoga.

Hatha Yoga tries to achieve balance between body and mind, as well as attempts to free the more subtle spiritual elements of the mind through physical poses or Asanas, Breathing Techniques
or Pranayama, and Meditation.
  • Asanas are various body positions designed to improve health and remove diseases in the physical, causal, and subtle bodies. The word "asana" is Sanskrit for "seat", which refers not only to the physical position of the body but also to the position of the body in relation to divinity. They were originally

so, i buat dua2 exercise ni..and i'm so happy with the result, berat badan pun turun sket..means slow2...badan pun x berat, and kurang tergeliat sini sana...plusssss jadi action semacam ngan hubby .hihihihi..pasal i boleh meniarap and kedua tangan lurus menampung badan sabaris coffee table selama 1minit!...kikikikih

berjumpa dan bertukar2 pendapat dengan rakan kongsi adalah moment yg sgt2 kem suker sekali..mcm2 boleh share ...antaranya :

  • mengkaji semula keupayaan diri.
  • mengkaji status prospek.
  • merangka perancangan bagi target yg dimpikan.
  • mendengar masalah dan ulasan2 rakan kongsi. etc

bagi saya, sgt bertuah mempunya rakan kongsi yg sama ingin berkongsi segala masalah and rajin merujuk pemimpin.tahniah buat rakan2 kongsi ku..semoga kita menuju kearah kejayaan!!!

New family member...

well, its Friday...

the freaking busy Friday, starting early in the morning till evening, with kiddos, arranging and monitoring my own bizz.I was thinking to buy a safety guard for staircase  since My Sofy and Qaseh were really "ligat" for turun naik tangga... once hubby went back home we decided to go Giant, i saw it at giant prevously...unfortunately, not our luck, the stuff its out of stock...

were both moved to other place...eating, then back home..on the way stepped to the car...were stop at the shop..wala!..a difference kind of bicycle park in the shop corner..something rare.hubby was really excited.Just pay and grab. the price is really reasonable RMxxx.xx

pencuri impian

Impian pun ada pencuri?? hihih yup bolehhhh... siapa yang nak curi tu? Orang-orang disekeliling kita, terutama dikalangan suami2, tunang, parents sendiri, kawan2 dan byk lagi.

Actually hanis pun x lari daripada si pencuri impian. Siapa lain tak bukan suami hanis sendiri!

Yes! Masa seawal penglibatan hanis dalam business Premium Beautiful ni,  Mr Razz adalah penghalang no 1 hanis. Bukan saja dia tak kasi buat malahan dia TEE DOWN hanis.. Kira merendah2 kan kebolehan hanis lah. Because selalunya our spouse ni dia rasa dia dah kenal kita in and out.. dia rasa kita x boleh. Tapi yang mengenali diri kita ialah siapa??? Of course diri Kita. Listen to your heart. 

I still remebered macam mana dia dapat tahu hanis join business ni without consult him dulu.. ni ayat terkeluar dari mulut dia: 


"Siapa nak beli corset you nanti?" " Sape nak jadi busines partner you nanti??" " you dah lah x de kawan, and tak pandai cakap" " Jiran depan rumah pun tak kenal inikan pulak nak jual PB?"

Untuk si suami ni kalau nak kasi dia paham senang je... buat duit besar dan bawak suami gi melancong!  Confirm paham! 

Yup suami ni memang selalunya sangat2 skeptical bukan ape sebab mereka sayangkan isteri mereka dan takut tak menjadi naya plak kan.. so that's why dorang pun suka takot2 kan.. 


Sepanjang dalam business ni hanya segelintir sahaja suami support the rest terpaksa deal with husband sendiri. 

For me itu bukan masalah, itu cuma part of cabaran untuk kita berjaya. Cabaran kita bermula dari rumah. And as a women or wife kita pun mesti kena ada financial security. Tak boleh harapkan suami je 24/7 untuk support kita. 


Kita kena fikir tentang diri kita dulu, anak2 dan last baru suami. Incase anything happen to your spouse macam mana kan? Bukan nak doakan benda2 tak elok... like my father used to say it to me..  

kalau Raz tak curang lah pun kata lah nauzubillah dia accident ke? Or patah kaki ke? Ape you nak buat?

Masa tu memang tersentak dengan kata2 my dad. He is totally against me becoming a housewife.. my parents harapkan i jadi engineer just like what they planned. 

I took the chance and proof to my hubby that he is wrong about me. Maybe dulu I sangat PASIF tapi now not anymore... 


You see, how bigger DREAM can change a person in a split second! Impossible is NOTHING!! Yang penting kita percaya pada diri dengan penuh keyakinan!

Note to all the wives out there... if you have to face your husband just FACE IT. Terangkan secara professional dan secara berterusan. 
Sekali kena rejek... cuba lagi.. pujuk2... n pujukkkk... :D

Worst come to worst.. buat je lah it's your life anyway. Sooner or later he has to accept it. 


And jangan buat sekerat jalan... pastikan apa yang dia cakap tu.. tak berlaku. Buat sepenuh hati.

Ibu mental pukul baby.....mode: sgt geram...

Petikan ayat dari blogger2 yg tak puas hati dgn tindakan ibu mentak Ira tu...

"Aku dah dapat tgk dah video tu, mmg sadis n kesian sangat la kat baby tu, aku rasa nak masuk je dalam skrin PC aku ni pegi tarik baby tu lepas tu keluar balik dr skrin PC aku ni n dodoikan baby tu. Sebelum tu aku sekeh 2 3 das pala pompuan tu dulu.

Mmg pompuan tu mental la, tp kesian sikit tu pon ada kalau betul la dia tu mangsa rogol,tapi kalau dia tak mau anak tu dia bagi la pada org lain dari emosi dia terganggu tgk bayi kecil tu.

Manusia sekarang semakin menjadi2 perangai n perangai aneh n pelik2 disebabkan makan benda2 syubhah~"

semoga kita terhindar dari berlaku kejam terhadap anak sendiri mahupun anak org lain...
khabarnya ibu mental ira tu dah pun ditangkap, dia berlaku begutu kejam kat baby tu pasal dia tak suka baby tu kononya hasil kene rogol...nauzubillah...
